Last updated: April 2026. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a checkbox.
Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We design and build with semantic HTML, keyboard accessibility, sufficient color contrast, descriptive link text, alt text on meaningful images, and ARIA only where it adds value.
What we do
- Build with semantic HTML and native interactive elements wherever possible.
- Maintain a logical heading hierarchy and landmark regions on every page.
- Test color contrast against WCAG AA ratios.
- Ensure keyboard-only navigation works for all interactive elements, including modals and forms.
- Provide visible focus states.
- Caption or transcribe meaningful video content.
- Avoid time-based content that cannot be paused or extended.
Known limitations
Some third-party embeds (calendar widgets, video players, or external tools) may not fully meet WCAG AA. Where we identify a gap, we either replace the component or provide an accessible alternative path.
Requesting an accommodation
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on goodlookingco.com or the Lead Rescue platform, or you need information in an alternative format, email accessibility@goodlookingco.com with: (a) the URL or page where the barrier occurred, (b) a description of what you encountered, (c) any assistive technology or browser you were using, and (d) how we can reach you. We respond within five business days and do our best to provide a usable alternative.
Feedback
We welcome feedback. If a component on the site could be more accessible, please tell us — many improvements come directly from user reports.
