The rules of the road.

Plain language. The shortest version of what you agree to when you use goodlookingco.com, the Lead Rescue platform, or our SMS and MMS messaging.

Last updated: April 2026. These are the Terms of Service for goodlookingco.com and the Lead Rescue platform, operated by Ridiculously Good Looking Co (“RGL,” “Lead Rescue,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, submitting a form, or receiving messages from us, you agree to these terms.

Who can use the service

The site and platform are intended for business owners, operators, and their authorized representatives, age 16 or older. By using the service you confirm that you have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent.

Your account and information

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms, requesting demos, or creating an account. You are responsible for the security of any login credentials we issue and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@goodlookingco.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the service to send unlawful, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or its underlying systems; (c) reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service except as permitted by law; or (d) use the service to send messages to recipients who have not provided proper consent.

SMS and MMS messaging terms

These terms apply to anyone who opts in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Lead Rescue. Lead Rescue is a first-party customer communication platform used by local service businesses to follow up with people who contacted them through their own website or landing page. Messages are sent only on behalf of the business that the recipient contacted directly. Lead Rescue is not a lead marketplace and does not sell or share lead information with third parties.

Program name. Lead Rescue — Inquiry Follow-up & Re-engagement.

What you are agreeing to. By submitting a Lead Rescue form on the Lead Rescue website or on goodlookingco.com, you agree to receive SMS and MMS messages from Lead Rescue related to your request, including follow-up, scheduling, quote information, callback coordination, and account setup assistance. Promotional or re-engagement messages — including reminders to complete booking, limited-time offers, seasonal promotions, service announcements, and availability updates — are sent only if you separately check the optional marketing-consent box at opt-in. Marketing consent is not required to submit the form or to receive request-related follow-up.

Message frequency. Typical inquiry-related volume is 1–4 messages per inquiry over 1–7 days. Promotional messaging is occasional. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Lead Rescue does not charge a fee for messages, but your carrier may.

Sample messages. Examples of messages you may receive:

  • “Hi Sarah, Lead Rescue here. Thanks for your interest. Here are the best next steps to get started: book a quick walkthrough here: goodlookingco.com/demo or reply with a good time for us to reach out. Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • “Hi Sarah, this is Lead Rescue. Based on your request, Lead Rescue can help capture inbound leads, guide the next step, and keep follow-up organized for your team. Want to see it live? Book here: goodlookingco.com/demo. Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • “Hi Sarah, Lead Rescue here. Ready to get started? We’re offering your first month free this week for new accounts. See details or book a quick setup call: goodlookingco.com/get-started. Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • “Hi Sarah, this is Lead Rescue. Just checking back in in case you still want a better way to capture and follow up with website leads. If you want, you can book a quick walkthrough here: goodlookingco.com/demo. Reply STOP to opt out.”

How to opt out. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or STOPALL to any message at any time. STOP requests are honored immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message: “You have been unsubscribed from Lead Rescue messages and will receive no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe. Msg & data rates may apply.” Once opted out, you will not receive further messages unless you re-subscribe.

How to get help. Reply HELP or INFO to any message and you will receive: “Lead Rescue: For help, reply here or email hello@goodlookingco.com. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.” You can also email hello@goodlookingco.com or call (317) 758-7781.

How to re-subscribe. Reply START, YES, or UNSTOP. You will receive: “You have resubscribed to Lead Rescue messages and will now receive texts again. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.”

Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Metro PCS, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. SMS and MMS messaging is available to recipients in the United States with a wireless phone number capable of receiving SMS/MMS. You confirm that you are the subscriber of, or authorized user of, the mobile number you submit at opt-in.

Consent records and privacy. We maintain consent records for each opt-in, including timestamp, IP address, page URL, consent type, and the exact disclosure language presented at submission. Mobile information (phone numbers and consent status) is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The Lead Rescue platform

Lead Rescue is provided on an as-is basis. While we work hard to keep the platform available and performing, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any specific business outcome (including, but not limited to, lead volume, conversion rate, or revenue). Service levels for paid customers, if any, are described in the applicable order form or subscription agreement.

Fees and billing

Free tools and content on goodlookingco.com (diagnostics, guides, the weekly Playbook tactic, the homepage rescue) are provided at no charge. Paid services, including Lead Rescue subscriptions and engagement-hub access, are billed separately under the order form or pricing terms presented at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your order form.

Intellectual property

The site, the platform, the Lead Rescue brand, the RGL brand, the Playbook content, and all related materials are owned by Ridiculously Good Looking Co and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (form responses, business information, account content). By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of providing the service to you and improving the platform.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers including Supabase (database), Twilio and Bird (messaging delivery), Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics (analytics). Their terms and privacy practices apply to the portions of the service they power. We choose vendors carefully and use only the minimum number required to operate.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of dealing. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridiculously Good Looking Co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ridiculously Good Looking Co and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we will update this page and update the “last updated” date at the top. Substantive changes will also be announced in the weekly email to subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
