Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically on the same day each billing cycle (monthly or annual, as selected at signup) until you cancel. The price for the next cycle is the price in effect at the time of renewal; we give at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase that affects your account.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing billing@goodlookingco.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access until then.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: non-refundable. Cancellation stops future charges; the current month is not refunded.
- Annual plans, within 30 days of initial purchase: full refund on request.
- Annual plans, after 30 days: non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you keep access until the term ends.
- One-time setup or onboarding fees: non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Service failures: if a verified service outage materially affects your use of the platform, contact us and we will issue a service credit or refund proportionate to the impact.
Downgrades & upgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the remainder of the current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Free trials & promotional offers
If you started on a free trial or promotional offer, you can cancel before the trial converts to avoid being charged. Promotional pricing applies only for the period stated at signup; standard pricing applies thereafter.
Failed payments
If a charge fails, we will retry up to three times over seven days and notify you. If we cannot collect, we will suspend the account and may terminate it after 30 days of continued non-payment.
Taxes
Prices exclude applicable taxes (sales, VAT, GST, etc.). Where required by law, we collect and remit taxes based on your billing address.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge — most billing questions can be resolved within one business day. Disputed accounts may be suspended pending resolution.
